Preparing for Your Consultation

I require all orders to provide some type of mood board or a collection of visual references for the design you want to move towards. A mood board is a visual collage that includes colors, fonts, textures, images, patterns, and style references that capture the vibe you want your brand to express.

I use a FREE application called Milanote to keep my ideas organized, however I can accept Pinterest boards, PureRef, Gyazo or even a self made collections.

To make the most of our session, come prepared with:
♡ Project Goals: Have a clear idea of what you need.
♡ Visual References: Share inspiration, design preferences, or examples.
♡ Brand Assets: Logos, fonts, color palettes, and style guides / themes.
♡ Mood Board Apps: Use Milanote, Pinterest, PureRef, or Photoshop

Hours: Monday–Friday, 9 AM–4 PM SLT/PST (no weekends/holidays).

Fees

Booking Fee: 5,000L ($20) non-refundable fee to secure your meeting.
Rescheduling Fee: 5,000L ($20) non-refundable if you miss your consultation without notice.

Consultation Requirements

Quick Projects: Single-item or 24-48 hour orders can be finalized without a consultation.
Larger Projects: Full branding or multi-component projects require a scheduled meeting.

If you schedule a consultation but come unprepared to discuss your order, it will be declined. To make the most of our time, please review the section above and follow the provided instructions. I do not accept freestyle orders or clients who say, “I don’t know” and expect me to decide for them. I need a basic idea to work from, and we can refine the details together.
